Only submit a property that you own or are authorised to list. Provide accurate details and current images that you have permission to use. Do not impersonate an owner or copy another person’s listing.
Free listing
The planned service has no listing fee or platform commission. The property price, rent, deposit, maintenance and any other costs remain separate matters between the parties.
Review and availability
Submissions remain pending in this preview. Once approved in the live service, listings are intended to expire after 30 days and require confirmation to reactivate. Content review is not a verification of ownership, title, legality or condition.
Before any agreement
Visit the property, check ownership and other documents, and seek suitable professional advice before entering a transaction. Never transfer money solely to view a listing.
Public launch
The final operating terms and applicable legal requirements must be reviewed before the service opens to the public. Builder-project marketing is outside this preview’s scope.
